From learning to earning.
We don't just teach — we mentor, support, and walk alongside you from the classroom to the workplace. The Employment Pathway gives job seekers, career changers and underrepresented individuals the tools, training and connections to secure sustainable work.
Three phases. One thread. A real job at the end.
Phase 01 · Learn
Gain practical, industry-relevant skills.
Expert-led courses in IT, business and professional development — the same skills employers are actively hiring for. Hands-on from day one.
Phase 02 · Prepare
Get career-ready, one-to-one.
CV workshops, interview preparation and personal coaching that rebuild confidence and get you ready to walk into the room.
Phase 03 · Connect
Meet employers — and keep support.
We link you directly with employers and mentor you through your first steps in the workplace, so the job actually sticks.
Built for people the system too often overlooks.
- Unemployed or underemployed individuals
- Young adults and school leavers
- Career changers and returners to work
- People from underserved communities
The pathway, in numbers.
Active partnerships
Relationships that turn training into interviews, and interviews into offers.
Empowering people with the tools to take part.
True empowerment means removing the barriers to access. As part of the Employment Pathway, we've provided free laptops to learners across the UK, Nigeria and West Africa — including people who are visually impaired or face other accessibility challenges.
Each device was equipped and adapted so every participant could fully take part in digital learning: attend classes, complete assignments, and prepare for work with confidence.
"Receiving a laptop that worked with my screen reader gave me the confidence to continue learning. ECL not only trained me — they included me."
